Gibraltar - Iberian Peninsula
10th day of our 16-day assault on Spain
Gibraltar lays on the south of the Iberian Peninsula but what is interesting it is not Spain. It is the UK and people delightfully stress this when talking.
It is also not the most southern point of the peninsula as we had incorrectly coded, but thanks to it's high rock extends away an amazing view of Africa (apparently not always admire it because the weather is very fickle here - if it's true then we were very lucky; ))
Some people arrives here primarily to see the famous Gibraltar macaques ... interesting point there are military posts and a pretty cool beach just below the rock (although just very windy)
